Great swimwear, poor shipping experience

I can't comment on the swimwear because we have never received it. I have filed a claim with UPS but they won't tell me what the outcome of their investigation was. My husband loves your swimwear but I need to find a retailer in Canada that I can purchase from instead of having to deal with customs/duty charges.
